Deception Pass

Deception Pass lives between Fidalgo and Whidbey Islands. It is a state park that lots of people visit everyday with beautiful views, campgrounds, beaches, freshwater lakes and lots of massive old growth trees. To get from the mainland to Whidbey you either take WA 20 or a ferry and for many years the only way was to take a ferry across Deception Pass. The road has lots of traffic and the walkways on the bridge are barely wide enough for me to cross. Still its a beautiful view and I invite you to stop.

Patrick claimed that he wouldn't have any fun at Deception Pass looking at a bridge but "shocker" he always manages to find something fun to do.

Partners in crime.
We wandered around the island and looked at Old Fort Ebey one of the original settlements on the island and relived memories from the last time we were on the island seven years ago.
